Well, since it is STILLL rendering
Well as I said, rendering takes so long, i've had to give it to my tutor to render off on his magnificent PC!
So Before I gave it to him, I quickly changed a few textures and gave it more of a old dingy look, so hopefully the whole scene will be looking realistic.

Waiting... Waiting
Well waiting for a test to finish rendering I figured I like disney so how do you make the lamp! its so cute and its something new, plus I haven't really been using Joints in things besides my Mechanical claw but hen again that was a while back!
so yes its only a primitive image so far, but soon I will upload a video of the file, might take a while though.

Working progress
Since working on my main project many thing have opened up to me, different ways t make textures, using the alpha more, changing my scene to make it better and easier for me to move around in, making the timing and lighting just right!
below are some images of the work I have done since the start of the week.
This is the opening scene walking down the stairs, seeing graffiti on the wall, and making do as it says!
When you get to the bottom of the stays, you see the platform. rubbish littered everywhere and a train gushing past!
And the same for the other side of the platform.
See the big clock and sign just above the screen saying North.
The ticket machine, bright orange just so you know where this is going!

Cant believe im still here
Well its been a week or so, but this is just an update on my first scene... yup my first scene still on that. but its getting there, soon hopefully!

And this is the down stairs, how the platform looks. few old cans and cups lying around, mucky walls and big posters on the walls. the ticket machine is just to the left in the bright orange textures.

well something added!
So since i've been home this weekend, as per I got bored.. again, so I made a lizard and it even has a texture and tongue! still working on it, in the middle of rigging it so it will most likely be finished after this big project im doing. but this is it so far!

Time to Start the magic!
Making my scene in cinema 4d, well starting to anyway... my first scene is a subway.. where the ticket enters the machine. so ive made my self a subway station... no not the food, an actual subway/metro!
so far no textures or anything, 4 hours just getting designs and things. Ive even got a metro/train.

WALL.E interpretation
This is my interpretation of WALL.E the sounds off and motion as well but it is a work in progress!
Wall.e and Friends
Well since I did the Wall.e model ive made EVE and M.O the little cleaner bot!
For the cleaner Bot it is all 3D even the eyes!
but for eve I made the face in Photoshop, using glow and gradient for the eyes.
the space light for EVE is just a spot light in cinema 4d and tubes with a cloner object making it smaller as the linear route goes on.

WALL'E
Since i've been modelling Wall'e, I seriously need to watch the movie again, might end up modelling eve soon

WALLE sleep deprivation
Well me and sleep once again does not get on, so instead of trying, I watched some movies, ironically not one of them related to this!
the tracks aren't staying, but I found a brilliant way to rotate them with out using xpresso... the simple use of offset! never thought and I wouldn't have thought of it unless I was half asleep but yeh, all in symmetry so far. and then to texture him!

dragon update
So after a few hours doing written work, I thought I needed a break, soo I got my old dragon model and did a few tweaks!
and so far so good!
I gave him wings instead of arms/stumps and some lovely sharp teeth!
just need to rig it! ohhhhh the joy

Back to work!

The Solar System!
So this has to be the easiest one I have done in ages!
All it needs is a big enough texture from google! copy wright free of course. and then a bunch of spheres, so good and looks great!
